Ok condition. These are antique items and show expected signs of age and wear. The paint is somewhat faded in certain areas, and there are several minor chips and cracks in the wood. Both chairs have likely been reupholstered-- the fabric seats are in excellent condition, apart from a very small blemish on one of them.
