Refund policy
Returns are only accepted for items received in a state other than what is noted or mentioned. We review all items for damage and repairs before listing and guarantee authenticity. If we should miss something in error, please contact us via phone or email, we are here to help. All items are professionally packed with care and fully insured. In the very unlikely event your purchase should arrive damaged, please contact us right away to get the claims process initiated. Be sure to keep all of the original packing materials. Please do not return the damaged item without contacting us first. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we have acknowledged your return request, the item must be shipped back to our shop within 3 days of the request. The item must be returned via the original carrier, in the original packaging, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
