Coastal Northern California Native American wood cup with leather handle. Measures 7" x 4 ¾" x 3 ¾" at top. Burn marks at top, bottom, and inside bottom of cup. Fire-method possibly used to hollow out wood - an ancient method used to hollow out wood for making constrainers, wood mortars, and dugout canoes. Good condition, handle has come undone.
