Mata Ortiz Mexican wedding vase, handcrafted by artist Jesus Olivas.

Traditional wedding vase or olla with a unique modernistic handle and double spout. Features a dense, intricate, black and red geometric checkered Cuadrillos design. Wedding vases were traditionally used in sacred Puebloan Wedding ceremonies. The couple drinks simultaneously from each spout to signify the intertwining of their lives.

Measures 7 1/2" tall x 4" x 4"
