JAPANESE Woodblock HERON Birds on Blue Lake Framed Print Kikuchi Tomokazu?

Small Japanese woodblock of water birds in tones of calming blue with gold gilt accent. Seal signature at lower right, possibly artist Kikuchi Tomokazu aka Kikuchi Yuichi. 

Simple frame with matting, measures 9 1/8" x 7", woodblock measures 5 3/4" x 4".
