Chinese Vintage BATAVIA Blue Porcelain MOCHA Cafe Au Lait KOI Fish Cup Bowl

Chinese export Batavia Ware porcelain tea cup or bowl. Blue and white interior showing what I think are koi fish, and a rich brown glaze on the outside. Batavia wares have a typical style of decoration in which large parts of the object are glazed with an underglaze brown color. This decoration is also known as "Capuchin ware" or "Cafe au lait". 

Measures 2 1/2" tall x 4 1/4"

Excellent condition, minor paint wear, no chips, cracks, or repairs. Rim has some rough feeling edges, typical for these bowls.
