Chinese SWATOW WARE Green Blue CELADON Ming Style 10 1/2" Shallow Bowl Dish

Chinese Swatow ware plate, likely dating from the late Ming Dynasty (16th-17th century). Swatow ware, also known as Zhangzhou ware, is a type of Chinese export porcelain primarily produced in the Zhangzhou region of Fujian province. It is characterized by its somewhat coarse and rustic appearance, like this one featuring a green-blue celadon glaze with decoration underglaze.

Measures 10 1/2" x 2 1/4" tall.
