Chinese dream stone or siltstone boulder with custom carved wood stand. Siltstone (or "grass and flower stone") boulders, commonly found in quarries in the Guangxi Autonomous Region of Liuzhou county in China feature natural patterns with details reminiscent of paint splatter. Each boulder from this quarry is chosen for its unique natural pattern formation and cut and polished for display.

This polished Siltsone resembles a natural landscape painting of trees or fern-like patterns. 

Attached to custom wood stand. Measures 6 3/4" tall x 5" x 2 1/2".
