Traditional Chinese Ba Xia or Bi Xi statuary, featuring one of the Nine Sons of the Dragon in Chinese mythology. A dragon-headed turtle carries a blank rectangular stele, hand crafted in green soapstone. In Chinese culture, the turtle and stele are often associated with protection, resilience, and lasting success.
