"This oil painting was given to the F. Cozzetto family in 1965 by Mr. & Mr. Charles Patterson address Portland, Oregon. They purchased the oil from an estate sale in New York City, Manhattan area & had it shipped to Portland; The frame has been replaced due to the condition of the original frame, the new frame is a very close match to the original price of new frame $585.00.

At the time of purchase this painting was to be about $8000.00. Mr. & Mrs. Patterson paid $4500 US dollars for the painting on auction. The Museum Association says it is worth anywhere between $12,000 to $18,000 in the US art market......"
