Antique MINDANAO East Indian Asian BRASS Copper Inlay Betel Nut Snuff Box

Beautiful old Mindanao or South East Indian betel nut box. Brass or bronze with geometric copper inlay. Open large hinged lid to see 3 compartments. Two of the small compartments have hinged lids, one lid is missing the hinge. One hinge is missing back left of the lid. I believe dating late 19th century. Overall unique, interesting box could be used for trinkets, jewelry, or hide small items.

Measures 5 1/4" x 3" x 2 3/4".
