Incredibly gorgeous, most likely French 18th century Neoclassical commode. Footed miniature chest has 2 drawers with decorative brass pulls and escutcheons, and is adorned with marquetry detailing. Each drawer is lined in French Toile showing a figural pastoral design. Stands on lightly curved legs with curved wood detailing at each base side.

Measures approximately 9 1/2" tall" x 14" x 9 3/4".

In excellent condition for its old age. Stunning Wood inlay on the drawers, top and sides of piece. Drawers wood have slightly warped a bit from age, but the drawers close easily. Minor wear to wood.
