Eric Jacobsen (American, 1966) impressionistic oil painting on board, titled at back 'Jim's Shed'. Jacobsen is known for his plein air paintings, which are created outdoors on-site. The painting depicts a small structure in rural country showing visible brush strokes and bright, bold colors. The frame is gilded, which contrasts with the more rustic and natural scene depicted in the painting. 

Signed at lower right. Nice gilt wood frame measures 10 3/4" x 8 1/2", painting measures 8" x ". Excellent condition. Nice bold color, much better in person.
