Chinese porcelain, small pedestal dishes, or possibly tops for tea bowls. Could be used as trinket dishes, saucers, candy dishes. Interior decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with stylized koi fish designs. Bases are a glazed mocha known as 'cafe au lait'. 

Hallmarks in character at bases. Each measures 4" wide x 1" tall.  One shows a chip at rim of dish and at base. I see no other chips, cracks, or repairs.
