Japanese Arita ware Imari porcelain lidded sugar bowl with a Gokunishiki Kinsai Koimari style design produced by Kisen Kiln in the Showa Era, 1926-1989. Gokunishiki is a luxurious high-end type of Japanese Arita porcelain featuring dense opulent designs.
This is a stunning version with elaborate floral designs in vivid gold, cobalt blue, red, and green. Incredibly luxurious and lavishly detailed.
Measures 5 1/2" handle to handle x 3" x 4 3/4" tall.
