Antique Pierced CONTINENTAL Silver BOY Riding DOLPHIN Goblet Compote Set

Unique and beautiful 19th century compote or goblet set. Pierced continental silver showing ornate design at bowl of 4 cherubs immersed in a spiral of flowers. Each base shows a cherub boy riding a dolphin, one holding a flower the other holding a trident. Each holds a glass liner. One compote is a bit larger than the other, one measures 6" tall x 3 1/2" the other measures 5 3/4" x 3 1/2". Markings at base of one goblet and at each rim. Total silver weight is 536 grams. A beautiful, truly unique set.
