Antique GERMAN .800 Silver REPOUSSE Cherub & Foliage Candy BON BON Basket

Antique German .800 silver Karl Söhnlein & Söhne repousse basket with glass insert showing elaborately detailed Cherub Putti and garland design. Small candy or bon bon basket has floral detailed handle and removable glass insert. Sits on 4 foliage detailed feet. Hallmarks at  base. Karl Sohnlein & Sohne were active late 19th century until mid 20th century. 

Measures 5 1/2" x 3 1/4". Silver weighs 123.66 grams. Excellent condition, glass insert has a chip at rim and one of the feet sits slightly raised.
