Well framed. 

Etcher, son of the sculptor of the same name. Born in Paris, sent by his father to Rome to train under Algardi as a sculptor, but soon turned to etching. Etched series of 'Cries of Bologna' (IFF 3 to 83, whole series bound in 164.b.22) and of the 'Life of San Diego' (IFF 84-104), both after Annibale Carracci, in 1646.
