Antique, 19th century Chinese blue and white porcelain round box, likely a seal paste box. These boxes were used to hold the red paste used for applying seals in Chinese calligraphy and painting. Lid shows Shuangxi or Double Happiness symbol. Measures 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" tall.
Appears to be in good condition. Please review photos. Has a few minor chips around the lip on the lid and some wear on body, mainly some pitting in porcelain and remnants of some sort that could be removed with a good cleaning.
