Antique Meiji Hardwood Japanese Tansu Chest With Intricate Ironwrought Hardware

Beautiful antique Japanese Tansu chest with a single full length drawer across the top, two rows of three equally sized drawers, sliding door opens to two drawers on the right side, open space on right side. Ironwrought hinges, lock plates. Each drawer has a character hand painted on the inside bottom face. Iron handles can be found on both sides of the chest, they pull up and down for optimal use. Natural wear and tear on protruding points and top face. 

Natural wear and tear on edges and top face. Iron hinges have minimal rusting, nothing significant. Back panel has a crack/separation down the middle,  Great condition for it's age.
