Salvador Dali lithograph in color on heavy rag paper, "Vanitas Vanitatum" or "Vanity of Vanities". Signed in plate and dated 1964. Part of the "Biblia Sacra" series, a set of 105 illustrations commissioned for a limited edition of the Bible. The image illustrates themes from Ecclesiastes 1, focusing on the concept that all human endeavors are fleeting or vain. The piece is known by several alternate titles, including The Vanity of Wisdom, Crowned God, and Wisdom and Sorrow.

Finely framed in elaborate gold wood. Frame is quite large and heavy. Frame measures 31" x 37". Image measures 12 1/4" x 18 1/4". 

Excellent condition. 

Comes with appraisal and COA, as photographed.
