Antique Pair of 19th Large Carved Wood Statues of Thai Theppanom Buddhist Angel Deities

Beautiful pair hanging or standing decorative statues of Thai deities constructed from carved wood. The paint over time has faded and begun to chip in some places. This only adds to the antique and authentic feel of the statues. The figures are standing up straight with their hands at their hearts center, a common pose used to display gratitude, balance and connection. They both have their hair in a large dark bun above their heads.

Good condition, the deity on the left of the first photo has some light repair done to her hands. Paint is chipping in some significant areas, consistent with age.
