Exquisite 18k white gold diamond and blue sapphire ring.  Comes with recent appraisal dated 05/2025. 

As noted on appraisal: 

One 18k white gold vintage diamond ring. The ring is centered with an old European cut diamond bead set in a square box. Accenting the diamond are 4 triangular cut lab-grown sapphires that are flush set in the top with faint/worn millgrain detail. The Art Deco styled  mounting's under gallery is pierced out and engraved, with the upper shank finished with a worn foliate motif. The mounting measures 13.19mm square at the top, with the shank tapering to 1.60mm in width at the base of the ring. The inside shank is stamped with the gold fineness, "18k" and the letter "B". The ring has a polished and engraved finish with a total gem and metal weight of 3.30 grams;
