Santo Domingo or Navajo Native American multi-strand necklace. Two strands of graduated turquoise nuggets interspersed with hand ground heishi beads on organic cord with coral accents. Smallest nugget measures approximately 10.9mm x 7.7mm, largest measures approximately 22.0mm x 14.5mm. 

Pullover necklace measures 15 1/2" from neck to base, 31" total length if unknotted.
