Binding: Hand bound in blue goatskin leather with silver page edges and tooling. A full color image created especially for the limited edition is set into the front cover
Box: Handmade in buckram with an image created by Storm Thorgerson set into the front above a silver foiled logo. The spine lettering is also in silver foil
