Grace Nell Hewell was a highly respected Southern folk art potter and a central figure in the Hewell Family Pottery dynasty of Gillsville, Georgia. Grace Nell Hewell's pottery is highly collectible and has been exhibited in numerous museums across the United States. Since her passing in 2016, her original signed pieces have become increasingly sought after by folk art enthusiasts.
