Chinese Cizhou Kiln pear-shaped pottery vase featuring floral designs on a cream white base. 

Features a distinctive pear-shaped (ovoid) body that tapers upward into a slender, waisted neck before flaring out wide at the mouth rim. Notable chip at rim of mouth, as photographed.

The design is simple, but aesthetically pleasing with deep brown floral elements contrasting with cream tone base for an organic energy.

Measures 8 1/4" tall x 3 1/2" at widest x 2" wide at mouth.

Shows minor wear and crackling in pottery, no other notable flaws other than the noted chip at rim.
