19th century, Karlsbad Hermann Voigt, Bohemia porcelain footed cup and saucer. Cobalt blue with ornate gilt accents and finely hand painted European landscape. Absolutely stunning. 

Saucer measures 5 5/8", imprint showing Carl Knoll Carlsbad.

Cup measures 2 3/4" tall x 4 1/2" including handle x 3 1/2". Hermann Voigt Karlsbad mark at base.

Excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs.
