Antique Indian or Mughal period small brass betel nut box. Octagonal box with hinged lid opens to small compartment.
Measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" tall.
Hinged lid is a little loose, but opens and closes with ease. Inner box shows light oxidation, overall typical wear for this item.
