Beatrice Wood volcanic Glaze art pottery vase, c1960's -70's. Globular vase with long narrow neck and slightly flared rim. Having heavy turquoise blue/green volcanic glaze. Clearly marked BEATO under base.  Measures 5.75" tall x 4.5".

This is a marvelous example of Ms. Wood's work. She was truly one of the best and most creative of the great American studio potters of the mid 20th century this piece is really a wonderful example of her work and has been in the private collection since purchase from Ojai
