Antique VICTORIAN Mother of Pearl & Wood VANITY Jewelry Box with Glass BOTTLES

Stunning Victorian era wood vanity box with mother of pearl inlay on lid. Opens to a fuchsia velvet lined box holding 6 glass jars, 4 with silver plate lids. Velvet lined lids open to 4 storage compartments. The entire board with compartments can be lifted out to reveal another storage area. Inner lid opens revealing a mirror and folder where notes or paperwork can be hidden.

Very good condition considering age. The mirror is loose from the lid. Velvet has noticeable wear at pullouts. Key is missing. Wood is solid with light surface scratching, but no major cracks. I believe there is another hidden compartment that can be opened at the right side, but I am unable to open.

Measures 12" x 8.75" x 6.25" tall.
